Community Foundation of Portage & District has a commitment to enrich the quality of life for people in the local area by supporting projects of not-for-profit charitable, educational, cultural, recreational, and environmental organizations. The Foundation does this by providing grants and scholarships each year, from interest earned the preceding year by the endowed funds held.

Application deadlines for Community Grants are March 15 and October 15th of each year.

Application deadlines for Bursaries is May 15th each year.
